MATCHA STRAINER GOLD
You might find that bright green, high-quality Matcha tends to clump.
As our Organic Japanese Matcha is stone-ground into microparticles the traditional way it can sometimes carry an electrostatic charge which causes clumping!
We recommend sifting your Matcha straight into your cup before adding water or plant-based milk to ensure the best possible tea-sipping moment.
To do so, place the Matcha powder on the wire mesh and move the Matcha spoon (Chashaku) across the mesh so that the powder goes through.
The result is beautiful, clump-free matcha powder.
